Visa & Entry Requirements

International delegates travelling to South Africa for TCIS AFRICA 2026 may require a visa, depending on their nationality and length of stay. Participants are strongly advised to confirm their visa requirements early and apply in good time prior to travel.

Most conference attendees will enter South Africa under a Visitor Visa (Tourism or Business), which is typically issued for short-term stays.

TCIS AFRICA does not issue visas. However, official invitation letters can be provided to registered delegates where required for visa application purposes.

Travel Advisory
Delegates are encouraged to begin their visa application process at least 6–8 weeks prior to the conference dates to avoid delays.
